Prices and ServicesPricesof accommodation and other services are published in the presentation materialsof the accommodation provider (web pages, leaflets etc.). However, the pricestated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) isbinding for the customer. For a range of contracted services and their prices,the listing in the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider isentitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases that are beyondtheir control (eg. Force majeure). The accommodation provider reserves theright to change the quadruple apartment booked by the guest for a doubleapartment if the quadruple apartment is booked for only two people. Theaccommodation provider reserves the right to change the apartment booked by theguest for a different apartment of equal or better standard of accomodation.On the day of ordering the customer is issued a proofof deposit of 50% of the total price with a three-day maturity.In the case of ordering a stay at prices in the"Non-refundable price" category, the customer is issued a depositvoucher in the amount of 100% of the total price with a three-day maturity.4. Cancellation by the customerThecustomer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arriving. Thecancellation must be sent in an electronic form to the e-mail addressapartmany@barto21.cz. The date and time of sending the email is crucial fordetermining the cancellation period.Cancellationfees for canceling the stay: · upto 30 days prior to the day of arrival - there is no cancellation fee · 1-29days prior to the day of arrival - the cancelation fee is 50% of the price of the ordered services · whenpurchasing "Non-refundable deposit" - the cancelation fee is 100% of the paid deposit · when purchasing "Non-refundable price" - the cancelation fee is 100% of the paid price The deposit will be used to pay thecancellation fee. · The accommodation providerwill not charge the cancellation fee if the customer could not use thecontracted services for serious reasons: death in the family, hospitalizationof the customer or a close family member, serious illness, induction order, natulardisaster. The customer must provide written proof within 3 days in case of theevents listed above.Additional conditions for cancellation of stay: · In theevent that the accommodation facility is closed by order of the government orother authorities, the landlord will not charge the customer any cancellation fees, the deposit will be refunded or the customer will have the option to move his stay within the next 12 months from the start of the missed stay. · In the event that the accommodation is closed for seriousreasons by the owner, such as an accident, staff illness, etc., the landlordwill not charge the customer any cancellation fees, the deposit will berefunded or the customer will have the option to move his stay within the next12 months from the start of the missed stay.5. ValidityThisbusiness and cancellation policy are an integral part of the order of theaccommodation and the voucher.6. Dispute resolution In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumermay apply to the subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. Thesubject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is in this case theCzech Trade Inspection.
