The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of services. The notice of withdrawal from the contract will be sent by post, e-mail or delivered by another demonstrable method to the operator's address. The effects of withdrawal from the contract take effect on the day of delivery of the notice to the operator's address (to avoid confusion, we recommend verifying delivery by phone).A change of the contract requested by the customer (change of the period of stay less than 30 days before the start, reduction of the number of persons.) is also considered a withdrawal from the contract by the customer.If the number of people in the room is lower (or in the entire building if it was reserved) than was agreed, the customer pays a higher price. We recommend clients to inform the guesthouse about this fact immediately and agree on the next course of action.In the event that the customer arbitrarily cancels part of the stay during the stay (e.g. due to adverse weather, etc.), he is not entitled to financial compensation for unused services.By confirming the order (by e-mail, in writing, by fax, by paying a deposit or for a stay, by consenting or by personal agreement), the customer confirms that he is familiar with these General Binding Accommodation and Cancellation Conditions as well as the Accommodation Regulations, understands them, agrees with them and in fully accepts them. The guest is obliged to comply with these provisions.
