Business and cancellation policy1. The price of the accommodation service is stated in the voucher. In case of cancellation of the stay, where the payment has already been made by the card and according to the cancellation conditions, the advance payment is higher than the cancellation fee, the landlord is obliged to return to the customer the amount exceeding the cancellation fee.4. The cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of the reservation of accommodation services made between the accommodation service provider and the accommodation provider. The hotel is also entitled to charge the client the price of damaged or destroyed room equipment.
