Guests can cancel a free reservation within 3 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival, the guest will pay 70% of the total price. Payment not required in advance In order to make a reservation, we require a credit card guarantee which will be subject to pre-authorization. The hall can be reserved for a group with a minimum of 3 days in advance and more.For groups of more than 8 people, the accommodation facility may dictate special conditions (advance payment, deposit, etc.) For the term 31.12. the accommodation facility requires a refundable deposit of 50Euro / 1000CZK.Payment of reservations for the period 7.-9.8.2020 will be charged from the credit card before arrival, payment is 100% in advance. If canceled, the property will charge 100% of the price.Business and Cancellation Terms1. Prices and servicesThe prices of the accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (websites, brochures, etc.), but the price stated in the voucher is obligatory for the customer. For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices are binding on their breakdown in the voucher. The landlord is entitled to change the agreed terms of stay in cases that can not affect (eg force majeure). Cancellation of customer's stayThe customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of stay requires written electronic form (email with delivery) to bunkerbrno@gmail.com. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period. Large individual charges may be agreed with larger groups. The user will not charge the above cancellation fees to the customer if he was unable to take out the agreed services for the following reasons: family death, hospitalization of a customer or member family, serious illness, call order, natural disaster. The above mentioned facts must be submitted by the customer to the accommodation provider by written document no later than 3 days after their creation.3. ValidityThis business and cancellation policy is an integral part of the order of the accommodation and the voucher.
