Contractual conditions for accommodation in the Garni Hotel ASAS*** from 1 January 2023.Reservations can be made by phone, email or via the reservation forms on our official website / pages www. hotel-asas.cz or on the portals pensionhotel.cz, atlas česka .cz, penziony.cz, hotel.cz, hotel-ubytovani.com, etc. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing immediately. At the same time, you will be sent the contractual, payment and cancellation conditions for the given category (a,b) of the reservation.Explanation of conceptsFlexi 3 / cancellation up to 3 days before arrival - reservation with a date of execution 1 - 13 days before arrivalFlexi 14 / cancellation up to 14 days before arrival- reservation with a date of realization in 14 or more days, i.e. in a few weeks or months after the reservation was madeDeposit - 100% calculated price of the accommodation service including selected additional services. Accommodation is paid in full (total or additional payment) upon arrival in cash or by credit card.1.2 If the deposit for the reserved rooms is not paid by the due date or if it is not possible to authorize the deposit from the provided payment card, the reservation will be automatically canceled!!! The guest is informed of this fact by email, on the basis of which he can immediately contact the hotel to explain or correct his omission and thus keep his reservation valid.2. Cancellation conditions are divided into several categories according to the date of creation of the reservation from the date of the stay.Flexi 14 / cancellation up to 14 days before arrivala deposit of 100% is refundable if the reservation is canceled within 14 days before the day of arrival. If the reservation is canceled 13 days or less before the day of arrival, the deposit is refundable only in the amount of 50%. Cancellation of the reservation 24 hours before arrival (arrival / check in time is 3:00 p.m. on the given day) or on the day of arrival, the deposit is already fully non-refundable.Flexi 3 / cancellation up to 3 days before arrivala deposit of 100% is refundable if the reservation is canceled up to 3 days before the day of arrival. If the reservation is canceled 2 or less days before the day of arrival, the deposit is refundable only in the amount of 50%. Cancellation of the reservation 24 hours before arrival (arrival / check in time is 3:00 p.m. on the given day) or on the day of arrival, the deposit is already fully non-refundable.In the event of a group booking and subsequent non-occupancy of one of the rooms without the guest notifying us of this fact in advance, at the latest 1 day before the day of arrival, this room will be charged to the guest in full as occupied !!!!!!!1.3.ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).4. The hotel reserves the right to change its contractual terms and prices of accommodation / services during the year. Reservations that fall into the new price plan upon departure, despite the reservation being made during the validity period of the old price plan, will be paid upon the client's arrival according to the current prices at the given time. The date of creation of the client's reservation is not taken into account here, as is the preliminary calculation price when confirming the reservation.5. The hotel reserves the right in some cases to collect deposits/advances in the amount of CZK 2,000 per room for any damages caused by violations of the hotel's accommodation rules. The deposit is refundable if everything in the room is in order upon the guest's departure, i.e. after checking the room. The deposit is paid in cash at the reception.
