### CONTRACTING PARTIES1. Company OSLAVAN a.s., with its registered office at Bítešská 13, 67571 Náměšť nad Oslavou, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file number B 678/KSBR (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”)2. The Client – as a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)These terms and conditions generally apply to all hotel Guests and Agencies with whom no written service provision contract has been concluded.### RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:1. Accommodation and other services in the Hotel can be reserved and confirmed by the Hotel in writing, i.e., by email or telephone.2. The reservation is considered valid and binding if the Hotel confirms the reservation in writing, i.e., by email to the Guest or by automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online reservation system.3. The reservation is completed using a credit card or by paying a deposit in the amount of the ordered accommodation and services. Individual conditions may be set.4. If the Hotel or the Guest does not meet the conditions specified in point 3, the Hotel is not obliged to provide accommodation and services.5. The details listed on the reservation confirmation are binding for both parties.### PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:1. The price is quoted per room per night, excluding breakfast unless otherwise chosen by the guest.2. The accommodation price includes VAT at the rate of 12%. A city tax of 20 CZK/person per night is included in the accommodation price.3. The cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be made in writing, i.e., by email. The exact method of cancellation is determined by the reservation system used for the booking.4. When canceling a reservation made through external providers (e.g., booking.com), the reservation must also be canceled through this provider in the manner required by the provider and under the conditions of the reservation.5. Changing a reservation, i.e., transferring the ordered services to another date, is considered a cancellation of the original reservation and follows the same regime as the cancellation of the reservation.6. Accommodation can be paid in cash, we accept CZK and EUR currencies. In the case of payment by credit/debit card, the amount will be charged in CZK or EUR depending on the selected currency.7. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest’s card up to the amount of the total accommodation cost.8. In the case of a non-refundable reservation, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the accommodation price at any time after the reservation is made.9. In the event of a no-show by the guest, the reservation is canceled, and the Hotel is entitled to charge the full cost of the Guest's stay.### RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST:1. The Guest has the right to use the reserved premises and their equipment, as well as the equipment of common areas.2. The Guest is responsible for any damages caused in the room during the stay and agrees to cover any costs for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning. The amount of compensation will be determined by the hotel.3. The Guest is obliged to report any defects and deficiencies during their stay at the hotel to allow for remediation.4. The Guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation services of the Hotel by the day of arrival at the latest, and for other costs - additional services (restaurant services and other hotel services) by the day of departure at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. In case of non-payment, the Hotel is entitled to charge the corresponding amount from the guest's payment card after their departure.5. The Guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation conditions or if the Hotel did not provide the Guest with the agreed services corresponding to the hotel's standard.6. Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible only by arrangement with the Hotel and may be subject to a fee.7. Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible by arrangement with the hotel and may be subject to a fee.8. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Violation of this rule and smoking in the room or hotel premises entitles the Hotel to charge the Guest a penalty of 150 EUR for cleaning the room or hotel premises. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas in front of the Hotel.9. Between 22:00 and 6:00 is the quiet time. Behavior that disturbs other guests during quiet time is strictly prohibited (including loud music, television, shouting in rooms, corridors, and other disruptive behavior). In case of a serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial fine of up to 400 EUR or, if necessary, call the police.### RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL:1. The Hotel is obliged to provide accommodation for the Guest based on the agreed services corresponding to the Hotel’s standard.2. If the Hotel cannot accommodate the Guest based on a previously made and confirmed reservation, the Hotel is obliged to secure adequate accommodation for the Guest in another facility.### FINAL PROVISIONS:1. These terms are valid from 1.1.2020, and the Hotel reserves the right to change them, and the Guest is obliged to follow these current terms.2. The Hotel collects personal data of the Guest only for the necessary period until the end of the provision of agreed services and does not provide this data to other persons.
