Additional terms and conditions 1. Prices and ServicesApproximate prices for accommodation and any otherservices are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials(website, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodationvoucher (hereinafter referred to as voucher) or in the email confirming thereservation (hereinafter referred to as email) is binding for the customer. Forthe range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in thevoucher or email is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditionsof stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure). 2. Cancellation of stay by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the order at anytime. Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email withdelivery receipt) to the address info@kampuspalace.cz. The date and time ofsending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of thestay. The reservation can be canceled up to 1 day before arrival (not valid forthe dates listed below). In the dates from 3.7.2024 to 7.7.2024 inclusive andfrom 17.7.2024 to 21.7.2024 inclusive, the payment becomes a non-refundablereservation and the cancellation fee therefore amounts to 100% of theaccommodation price (including additional services). The due date of thereservation is governed by the invoice. In individual cases, it is possible toagree to move the reservation to another date. Alternatively, it is possible totransfer the reservation to another person. The accommodation provider will notcharge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not usethe agreed services for the following reasons: hospitalization of the customer,recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the abovefacts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days oftheir occurrence at the latest. 3. Consent to the processing of personal dataBy completing the reservation, the customer consents to Kampus Palace processing their personal data and that of all other persons listed in the reservation. The customer can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@kampuspalace.cz. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are anintegral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).
