Prices and servicesApproximate prices of accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the landlord (website, brochures, etc.). their breakdown in the voucher is binding. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.4. Refundable damage depositA refundable deposit of CZK 2 500 is payable at check-in. The backup can only be made via the terminal. Cash is not acceptable.5. Night calm is from 21:00 to 09:00 for your and otherguests' convenience. The host is not responsible for damages to guests' stuff left at theproperty or public areas10. The guest uses the apartment for the day, and the time is confirmed (until 10:00 or the time the guest and host are pre-agreed before arrival). Otherwise,the host is entitled to charge a late check-out fee or, in case of check-outafter 14:00 - the following day's fee based on the internal rate. In case the guest is not present -and the apartment is reserved, the host, in addition to one of their colleagues- is entitled to store the guest's stuff.11. In the apartment and premises of the building, the guest is not allowed tomove equipment or make any interventions in the electrical network or otherinstallations without the consent of the management.12. Visitors in the apartments are not allowed.13. The guest is obliged, when leaving, to close the watertaps in the apartment, turn off the light, turn off the air conditioning andclose the door.14. Dogs and otheranimals are prohibited inside the building.15. For otherservices provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices following the validprice list upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance. The invoice ispayable upon presentation.16. The guest'scomplaints and possibly suggestions for improving the activity are received bythe management.17. The guest pays for the damage caused unless he canprove that he was not at fault.18. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions ofthis house's rules. In the event of a breach, the accommodation provider (host)has the right to determine from the contract the provision of accommodationservices before the expiry of the agreed period.
