If we find that the guest was smoking in the room, a one-time cleaning fee of CZK 5,000 will be charged. This amount can be charged to the guest's account, or directly to the debit / credit card that the guest guaranteed their stay.* I agree to reimburse all costs related to my stay at Pension Bludička.* I agree that in the event of injury or loss of or damage to property during my stay, I will notify the hotel management as soon as possible, but no later than before my departure. I further acknowledge that all disputes that may arise will be resolved in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic. I acknowledge that the following categories of personal data are processed in order to keep a guest book: name, surname, date of birth, passport / identity card number, address of permanent residence, start and end of accommodation, visa number, on based on personal data obtained from the guest.3. I agree that in order to contact the guest during or after the stay, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, based on personal data obtained from the guest or from other sources.4. I agree that in order to improve the future stay of guests, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, requirements and preferences of guests, based on personal data obtained from guests.5. The accommodation provider will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the accommodation provider on the basis of data processing contracts.6. Personal data processed for the purpose of the house book pursuant to Section 101 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., On the Residence of Foreigners in the Territory of the Czech Republic, for a statutory period of six years from the last entry.7. The guest has the right to access their personal data processed by the landlord, their correction or deletion, or restrictions on processing, and the right to object to the processing.​
