Reservation Rules and Cancellation PolicyFlexible Rate The flexible rate allows for reservation changes or cancellations. After confirming the reservation, the accommodation provider has the right to request a deposit equal to the total price of the agreed-upon services, usually no later than 8 days before the planned stay. The guest makes the deposit payment online with a secure payment gateway of the reservation system using a credit card. A deposit payment is only required for stays reserved 2 days or less before the guest's arrival. In such cases, the deposit is paid upon the guest's arrival at the hotel reception, or a credit card guarantee may be required. On the day of departure, the guest settles the remaining balance for accommodation and any additional services charged to their hotel account. Payment by bank transfer based on an issued invoice can be arranged in advance with the reception.In case the guest fails to pay the accommodation fee in the specified amount and time, the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.With the flexible rate, the guest is entitled to cancel the reservation at any time before the provision of accommodation services. The cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter), and the hotel is obliged to confirm the receipt of the cancellation in writing as well (email or letter). The guest is responsible for paying any cancellation fees.Cancellation Fees(when canceling a reservation before the start of accommodation services) 14 days or less - 50% of the total price 7 days or less - 100% of the total priceThe guest can cancel the reservation for free up to 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. If the guest does not show up for the stay, they will be charged 100% of the total price.In the case of canceling a stay for which a deposit has already been made, and cancellation fees do not apply, Resort Eisgrub will refund the requested deposit.Exceptional situations and cases will be assessed and handled individually.Non-Refundable RateThe non-refundable rate is a discounted rate for accommodation services. In this case, the guest does not have the option to change or cancel the reservation. To secure this price offer, a 100% advance payment for the stay is required at the time of making the reservation. Later cancellation of this reservation is possible, but you will be charged 100% of your reservation as a cancellation fee. This rate is suitable for those who are certain that their plans will not change. The guest makes the payment for the agreed-upon services online with a credit card using a secure payment gateway of the reservation system or by bank transfer based on an issued invoice, no later than 5 days after the invoice is issued.In case the guest fails to pay the accommodation fee in the specified amount and time, the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
