​Additional terms and conditions of Apartments Výsluní1. Prices and servicesThe approximate prices of accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, etc.).However, the price that is stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the scope of contractually agreed services and prices, the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).2. Handing over the keysThe keys to the apartment will be handed over at the reception desk in the building of Aparthotel Výsluní after a prior telephone agreement by phone +420 777921461 or by written agreement by e-mail vysluniapartments@seznam.cz, unless otherwise specified with the client.3. Cancellation of the stay by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the reservation at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery) to vysluniapartments@seznam.cz. The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation. Individual cancellation fees may be negotiated for larger groups. If you are forced to cancel your stay after the free cancellation period, you will not avoid cancellation fees. If you don't want to risk loss, arrange cancellation insurance with your insurance company. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above cancellation fees if he/she was unable to use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the aforementioned facts to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence.4. Conditions for cancellationThe client is obliged to always make any changes to the reservation or cancellation by email and this change or cancellation must be confirmed by the hotel.Any shortening of the length of stay or failure to use some of the services ordered (if available) is not a reason for refunding part of the payment for the services ordered, unless otherwise agreed.5. ValidityThese terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.
