Reservation of accommodation and servicesReservation of accommodation and other services and confirmation of this reservation by the accommodation provider is only possible in writing, i.e., by email directly or via an external provider (e.g., booking.com).Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be done in writing, i.e., by email. The exact way to cancel a reservation is determined by the reservation system that was used for the reservation. When cancelling a reservation that was entered through an external provider (e.g., booking.com), the reservation must also be cancelled through this provider in the manner required by the provider and under the conditions of the reservation.Prices and payment termsApproximate prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding.If the deposit is not paid, the reservation by the accommodation provider is not binding and the accommodation provider does not have to provide accommodation and services. The date of payment of the deposit is always indicated on the voucher and the payment must be credited to the account of the operator of the accommodation facility no later than this day (or any time before). After receiving the deposit, the customer is sent a confirmation of received payment and the room will be reserved.If the customer chooses another type of payment - for example, by invoice, voucher or gift voucher, this type of payment will be indicated on the main page of the voucher and specific payment instructions will be sent to the customer. In the case of the selected payment method "payment card guarantee", the accommodation provider reserves the right to collect up to 50% of the total amount for the ordered accommodation from the guest's card 14 days before arrival.Rights and obligations of the guestEach guest is required to present their ID card (identity card or passport) at the reception, incl. indicating permanent residence, guests - foreigners sign the protocol for the foreign police after filling in the data.The guest is obliged to observe safety, fire prevention and hygiene regulations. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the guest is obliged to observe night silence in all areas of the apartment building. In the entire apartment building is smoking strictly prohibited in all areas except the reserved smoking spaces. Violation of these regulations entitles the accommodation provider to impose a financial fine of up to EUR 1000 or, in necessary cases, to call the police.The guest is obliged to report all faults and malfunctions to the equipment at the reception immediately upon discovery so that a remedy can be arranged. If the reception is closed, the guest sends an email to ''info@jbxlipno.cz''. The guest is responsible for all damages caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay any costs for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning. The amount of the payment will be determined by the accommodation provider.Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. Early or late check-in is only possible after agreement with the accommodation provider and for a fee. Check-out time is until 10:30 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon agreement with the accommodation provider and for a fee.Rights and obligations of the accommodation providerAccommodation will not be provided to persons affected by an infectious disease caused by skin parasites, persons under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of narcotic substances.The operator is not responsible for the loss of valuable items or larger amounts.The host is entitled to charge a fee for extra cleaning.The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g., force majeure). Guests will be immediately informed when affected by this change.Pets are not allowed. If it is subsequently discovered that this condition of ours has been violated, your accommodation for the next nights will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund + you will pay an extra cleaning fee (CZK 2000)
